Digital files, including the certificate and other related documents, are sent via email within 5 minutes of order confirmation. You can also access them by entering your Order ID on the Track Your Order page. For physical gift packages, the order processing time is approximately 3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose.
