Can I edit my order after placing it?

Yes, we offer free changes to your order, such as editing the star name or details on the certificate. For more detailed information, please refer to our Refund Policy page. You can also contact us via the Contact Us page for further assistance. Please note that changes to physical orders may incur additional charges if production has already started or if you've received your Physical Gift Package.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your Order ID. You can use this information to track your order via our Track Your Order page. This page provides all the details about your order’s status. Once the package is handed over to the delivery provider, you will also receive a tracking number for the shipment.

What if I didn’t receive my Order ID or confirmation email?
