After completing your order, you’ll receive an email with your Order ID within 5 minutes. You can use this ID to log into our Track Your Order page and view all the details of your order. Why is my tracking number not working?
Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to activate after dispatch. If your tracking number is still not working after this time, please contact our customer support team for assistance. You can also check your order status by logging into our Track Your Order page.

Will I be able to see my star?
Yes! The purpose of naming a star is to be able to find it in the night sky, depending on your chosen package. For brighter stars, you can see it with the naked eye, and for less bright stars, you can use a telescope. We select a star that is clearly visible from your location. Additionally, our gift package includes a Star Map to help you easily locate your star, and you’ll also have access to our Star Finder app for further assistance.
How long is my star name valid?
Your star name is registered in our database for a lifetime. This independent database uses the same coordinate data as NASA, ensuring that your star name remains preserved, and you can always locate it in the sky.
